New to CookingBites with plans to launch a floating restaurant

Good morning from Caracas, Venezuela.
Sounds to me like a novel project. Eating on a canal boat is a far better idea than being suspended on a table over the Thames!!
Make a business plan, work out your target group, stick to it and I'm sure you'll be successful.

Many people like Jewish cuisine and many customers aren't kosher, but you have to know what your direct competition is doing.
