Blimey! You're going to be busy!
We're hosting New Year's Eve party again, so we're still thinking of what to make. Definitely on the menu are:
Pani puri
Dolmades.
Lasagna made with crepes .

Mostly make ahead and help yourself. Salads and dips get made ahead of time over several days. I'll wrap the frank's in puff pastry, and toast the bread ahead. Then just pop the franks and spinach pies in the oven to finish off.

Not too sure yet what our plans are - we often stay in, although last year we got invited to a small get-together our friends were hosting. Not sure if they’re doing that again, given that they just hosted a party a couple weeks ago. Plus one of them is going in for surgery pretty soon and probably wants to avoid large gatherings (doesn’t want to risk getting sick and having to push it back).

Buffet:
Devilled eggs
Potato salad
Beetroot salad
Cheese plate
Ham slices
Swedish meatballs with cranberry sauce
Crudites ( raw veg for dipping) with ranch dressing
Garlic butter
Olives
Crusty bread

Sweets:
Apple beignets
Oliebollen ( Dutch new years doughnuts)
Alcohol free sparkling wine

All meat is from the freezer, which we will be emptying of meat for a while 😆
