Non-Cook Recipes

Good article, I am all for not only eating healthy but also for not cooking in the summer months. With a garden I have no shortage of veggies, fruits I buy at the organic farm that has a nice selection. I eat lots of salads and love cheese so I have no shortage of protein in my diet.
 
Thanks for sharing. That's one thing I struggle with in the summer, wanting to cook something but knowing it's too hot for the oven.

That greek village salad would have been great to take to work today for lunch.
 
Interesting! Thanks for sharing. This is so helpful in many ways. It's convenient in terms of ingredients and doesn't require much time. Definitely good for busy people who don't want to compromise health.

What I'm curious about now are non-bake pastries. Must search for those! :)
 
The minted melon soup looks very interchangeable as far as giving it a variation of flavors is considered. The bonus is of course that it involves no actually cooking! Just refrigerate the concoction for at least an hour before serving and you've got yourself some homemade minted melon soup. I'm definitely trying this later.
