Recipe Oaxacan Mole Negro

The original recipe wasn't very well written. It omitted a couple of steps and didn't give an amount for the chocolate. He's going to have to edit a bit.
 
That sauce looks fabulous and home-made tortillas too. I wasn't quite expecting the chicken to be shredded from reading the recipe. But what do I know? I'm certainly no expert with mole

Oh, I also didn't cook the chicken in the broth. I roasted it in the oven with cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, ancho chili powder, S&P, then shredded it.
