my daughters spent time in Japan. So she also is very good at cooking Japanese. My fave she makes for me is heaven. It's a vegetarian dish. I will serve with panko chicken. Pics to follow. Have any of you guys tried Japanese cuisine??

Oh, btw its grated cabbage carrot and courgette. Doesn't sound much, but it really is nice.

grated then I mix
1 small sachet with 150 ml water,,miso soup strained, weed thrown away, liquid added to
150 gms plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Sprinkle of salt.
1 egg
That's it, pretty simple eh.
Ready to fry as a pancake type dish.

Btw squeeze as much juice you can from veges. Before adding to batter.
