Olive Garden dressing--best ever!

I absolutely love Olive Gardens dressing. I used to go and buy their dressing from them before they started selling it in restaurants and now in stores. I couldn't get enough of it. When I was pregnant, that dressing was what I craved. I ate it with everything.

Do you like Olive Gardens dressing?

What does it taste like and what sort of sauce is it e.g Italian, French, Cajun, Olive? I'm about to take another trip to the US (from New Zealand) and will have to try it out.

I'm wondering if they have changed it over the years. When I was much younger, back in the late 80's/early 90's, I seemed to remember their dressing being a golden yellow color. But more recently the one I see served in their restaurants and in the bottled dressings at the store are white.

Anyhow, its supposedly rather easy to make at home - it's basically just Italian dressing mixed with mayo and parmesan cheese.
