Open Face Lamburger au Sauce de Maïs Semoule:

Ingredients:

1) Ground Lamb - 1 Lb.
2) Wheat Bread - 2 slices
3) Onion - as required
4) Garlic - as required
5) Serrano Pepper - 1
6) Cornmeal - as required
7) Sour Cream - as required
8) Water - as required
9) Sweet Basil - 1 Tblspn.
10) Anise - 1 Tblspn.
11) Caraway Seeds - 1 Tblspn.


Procedure:

1) Dice up the Onion, Garlic and Serrano Pepper.
1) Shape and divide the Ground Lamb into 2 Patties.
2) Begin Frying in a Fry Pan and Flatten as necessary.
3) Flip Over as required.
4) As Fats and Water begin to fill the pan, add vegetables.
5) After Vegetables (Onion, Garlic and Pepper) soften, add Spices
6) Stir as necessary.

NOTE: Turn the Lamb Patties as necessary.

7) Add Sour Cream and stir it in.
8) Add Cornmeal and stir it in.
9) Place two slices of Wheat Bread on a Plate.
10) Place the Lamb Patties on the Bread.
11) Cover each open face Sandwich with the Cornmeal Gravy.
12) Serve.
