I wonder how a classic lemon sorbet would go with classic Key Lime Pie?

I would think that real Key lime sorbet would be better suited to go with real Key lime pie!

Tangqueray and I had a very good time once. Lesson learned, never let your divemaster invite you for a drink after a dive trip. Especially if you have to drive the boat the next day.
