did my first batch. kinda easy, since it is really just "milk jello". I'll let the mini jars chill in the fridge overnight before I try one.

I'm gonna smash up some Almond Rocca candies for a sprinkle on top.

the jars. funny you mention the jars. they are small enough to go into my garbage disposal opening. which one did yesteday. i almost got my hand stuck. my wife with her smaller hand got it done. it was touch and go there for a minute. i am putting a bowl over the opening next time.

In a restaurant setting serving panna cotta not inverted to show how giggly it is, is a mortal sin and we could be banished from the community from serving it again. lol.
