Ingredients:
100 mls olive oil
30 mls red wine vinegar
2 tbsps papaya seeds
2 tsps sugar
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp salt
No method really; just beat all the ingredients together or whizz in the blender until emulsified. The result should be slightly sweet and peppery.
