Pasta dough

I never can remember all of the pasta names, shapes, and dishes! 🤔
It's just a square or rectangle noodle sheet. When you buy them they are rolled up I think and you stuff them, like manicotti shells I believe (never bought them). I think it's easier to just put the filling in the middle and roll them up around it, put them in the pan on top of some sauce, and bake.

Canneloni (over here in Caracas) are 3-4inch tubes of pasta, ready to be stuffed (typically) with ricotta and spinach.
Not a particularly good photo, but here are some canneloni just out of the oven:
