Pastry / baking cookbook recommendations?

Despite all the cookbooks I have, I'm missing any on pastry or baking. Well I did find this one hidden away yesterday, quite a surprise as I have no idea when or why I bought it . Looks a good book, as you'd expect. Can anyone recommend any good pastry or baking books, preferably for a beginner?
