Pea shucks?

It seems such a waste to throw them away.
I can put them in a soup I suppose, but it's not really soup weather just now. Stir fry with other stuff ?
I'll try that. Any other suggestions?
Alex, you beat me to it. I made a pea pod wine some years ago, and it was pretty good - you'd never have known it was effectively made with food waste.

I found this recipe for pea pod soup - along with the tip of freezing the pods for later use. A friend of mine chops up the pods and adds them to potato salad and coleslaw. That might be an idea.
