Pictures in Conversations?

I was trying to upload a couple of pictures in a conversation and don't seem to be able to? I was wondering what it was I am missing, when I can on CC.

Each of the sites has a series of anti-spam measures including a graduated account promotion system that adds more features to your user account the more you post and the longer you are a member.

These account priviledges have to be earned on a site-by-site basis so you will find that they eventually kick in if you post and visit regularly.
