Recipe Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream

I love pineapple and coconut. I don't have the ingredients on hand yet, and won't be getting to the store for at least a few days, but I have my eye on making this. I've already made room in the freezer, and have pulled out my ice cream maker and cleaned it. This recipe sounds just perfect for the hot Summer months, and I can't wait to try it.

Sounds like a pina colada in ice cream version....yummy! I sometimes get this particular ice cream when I see it at the store:

I do like this flavor of ice cream. I don't have an ice cream maker though. I wish I did so i could try this recipe too.

I don't have an ice cream maker either but this flavour sounds amazing. Oh I can just taste it now it would be so refreshing. Now I want some. I will have to see if I can find the one by Haagen-Dazs!

I am loving this combination now; really loving it. I have never made ice cream or if I did decades ago while playing around as a kid. With my weight and health issues I should probably stay away but these recipes look easy enough to try. I see that a ice cream maker is not necessary for a least one?
