Sorru. Don't have the wine fridge I used as a dedicated charcuterie curing chamber anymore. It was easy to control temp and humidity in it, plus a computer fan was just right to keep adequate flow.
Inkbird has been my favourite of all my thermometers so far. I like that it’s easy to set up alerts on your phone and that it works while charging so you can leave it plugged in on long cook’s.
