Sounds like my cayennes this year. I've delegated half of the vegetable crisper drawer to Cayenne chili's, that's like a grocery sack worth, and am confident I'll have them until harvest next year. I eat a couple a day and the only thing they do in the fridge is dry out. No chili's no problem. My problem is, the neighbor gives me loads of them, and MrsT doesn’t like them. I like them fine, but it’s hard to figure out what to do with bags and bags of them. I can pickle only so many. I have enough of the things to last me 3-4 years.
