Good luck!
What sort of joints (on chairs, not you!) are they?Fixing the kitchen chairs. Paid a carpenter £60 a chair not that long ago to get the legs fixed and within 6 months the legs are falling apart again.
I wasn't impressed with the fix and the time and knew it wouldn't last so after him stating they'd last a lifetime he agreed to have them back if they came apart.
I took the first two to break back, he redid them (cheekily asking for £20 a chair) and they're also broken again now.
Tried other tradesmen but no-one's interested in fixing chairs.
So it's time to take matters into my own hands. I would have done it before but it's tough on the hands and my thumbs aren’t great so wish me luck!
Good luck hope it all goes well.
Is that the solar pump you were figuring how to make theft proof awhile back?Gonna be a busy day.
Lot of admin (which I hate), garden work, installing, connecting & testing pump (in whatever order), digging cable trenches and whatever else comes my way.
We'll see how far we get
Dowel joints.
This is a stock pic of the sort of thing.
Yep.Is that the solar pump you were figuring how to make theft proof awhile back?
