Plans for today (2025)

Come to think of it Ozzie eats anything that remotely smells like meat. Yesterday he had a mini peach tart, go figure. Pippi just finished lunch of half an Oscar Meyer, handful of Kroger deli shredded chicken, and 4 mini chicken Milk Bone brand treats; she's out for a bit.

Plans today include breakfast at MrsT’s favorite place here (Dutch Country Restaurant), where their menu is currently featuring local fresh peaches…peach pancakes, peach waffles, peach cinnamon rolls, peach dumplings, etc.

After that, heading to a new retirement community in Hanover, just for a look at it, then down to Littlestown for the same, then back up to Hanover for a Revonah soft pretzel (and to get super-hard broken pretzel pieces to take home), and hopefully finishing out with supper at Famous Hot Weiner in Hanover.

We’ll see.
 
Do a gas station audit and go by Ollie's to get more canned drinks. I'm a fan of those Bang caffeine things and they've got them for $1 each. I get a case of 12 plus tax. Flavors are varied I just get a different color every week. Sometimes they have 5 lb. bags of sausage stick ends and pieces for several dollars and I get those for the fur babies.

What's a, "gas station audit"?
 
Today's plans involve (d) costing some recipes for an event, and tidying up the house a bit (not very much to tidy) because the wife & son will be back in a couple of hours.
I need to zoom down to the supermarket and buy some spaghetti and butter.
