Then tackle the shower room floor which has been sucking water underneath the flooring and the floorboards are rotten. Lots of spongey chip board and black mould. It's a real mess. Not looking forward to that but it needs to be done.
Edit: Change of plan, went in to the shower room, looked at the hideousness, got a cup of coffee and have climbed back into bed with my new ‘recipe’ book. Apparently this guys sandwich shop has won awards and this book contains those concoctions.

It works!!! Zero or 1 bar is now at least 3 and sometimes 4. Yeah! Still have to tidy up the wiring but that's another day.
