I've a double pay gas station audit! When I'm done it's a batch of NOLA style red beans that'll cook all day and get some baguettes started.

Other issues trumped the baguettes but that's okay. Tomorrow they can get my undivided attention.

Two small side jobs and a sampler bowl of red beans and rice to the groomer girls. All gray and cloudy out so it's a good kitchen day for a slow cooking something...
