That was a rather exhausting day. I went to (in order):

1. Post office
2. Target
3. Home Depot
4. Marshalls
5. Aldi
6. Applebee’s
7. Kroger
8. Simple Roots (local Amish-ish shop)

I had to go out to look for two strips of wood for the Kitchen windows. The old ones had rotted after years of constant rain. The wood is called pardillo (cordia thaisiana) - can't find an English translation. Not available at three different places, so that won't be replaced today.
Now I have to do an inventory of all my chutneys, pickles, hot sauces, etc., because there are lots of people who want to but them
Then I need to write up some recipes for an event, and cost them (PITA).
Make some lunch.
Make a couple of curries for a client.
Maybe make some hot honey sauce...
