We dont eat a lot of pork here. Especially not trotters. Ribs occasionally???

9 am here on Sunday. Bit of gardening. Peas to go out. Basil.also to go in raised beds. Then go to daughters for family dinner. We are taking coriander and spring onions from our garden.
We are having Japanese .

Everning All and yes, I'm back !!! Yeah ..... !!!!

Tonight went "Almost" as planned - Chicken Marsala, Cheeser Cake, 1/2 a stub of Bud Light then the best thing on a darn cold night - a Rum and Coke or two
