Meanwhile, we’re getting snow and freezing rain today! Luckily I don’t have to go anywhere today. My plans are to clean the place up a bit and relax.

I managed to reschedule my hair appointment for another day, hopefully it’s not too rainy then.
My plans for today were to stay home for the reasons Herbaceous mentioned above - sleet and freezing rain. Our road is nothing but an ice rink !

Well, seems like the sleet and ice has stopped - for how long I don't know but it is a mess outside and will most likely keep me from getting up town tomorrow as well.
On a brighter note - we didn't get the 5 - 10" of snow they claimed we would - we didn't get any at all.

We only had less than 2 inches rain so far, from the news and stuff,I thought we would be deluged with water.
So far as the weather goes - I only worry about the weather (seriously) when I wake up and look outside - at least then I know what it will actually be
