We've got loads of different frogs over here, but the most common ones in the garden are the plantain frogs and the tiny coqui antillano, which are not native - they came over from the Antilles:Caracas at night

I picked up another lunch gig while waiting at the GG's the other day so I'll be going by there with a menu. I think I'm going to 'wow them' with my chicken and sausage gumbo.

The only thing I did today was cornflakes for my son.
However....
A little later on, I've got to marinate 7.5 kgs of chicken for the Tandoori chicken tomorrow.
Not a big deal, though. Whip the yoghurt with all the spices, smother the chicken, dump in the fridge. It'll probably take 10 minutes because all the chicken is ready to go.

So far, I have dug up potatoes and replanted the very small ones in a new location for next season.
planted the remaining garlic, finally
fertilised part of the veg plot
harvested some raspberries and a courgette
harvested another load of figs
put out a load of washing
Let the chooks out to free range
washed the potatoes I dug up

and am now in a 2hr lecture on Natural Language processing

I still have a yoghurt cornmeal cake to make
turn up my OH's 2nd pair of new trousers
prepare the rest of our evening meal

Take a menu by my new client and pick up more vegetables. The owner limits his carbs to a ketosis level so a shift in meal planning for me.

Take the kid to the gym, pick up some chutneys, cook 7½ kgs of Tandoori chicken, make the tomato & onion salad that goes with it, then take it to the restaurant which is about 15 miles from here.

Nothing much beyond laundry, work, and a PT session for my ever-so-slowly-recovering pelvic floor.

So, I had friends over and I was going to do chicken for dinner. But I forgot and cooked something else. Then Saturday I defrosted a chicken and cooked that
Then come Monday, I decided to put my car cooler into the car a bit early, so I wouldn't forget.
But it felt like there was something in it...
You'll be glad I didn't take pictures as indeed there was something inside..

So yesterday was spend cleaning the cooler and killing maggots.

I think I won.

So today I drove to the capital and I forgot my bag. That's sort of okay, except it contained my wallet, bank cards, drivers license etc.
Ah well, just wondering what tomorrow willb bring
