Polenta

Hi

Doing osso bucco and plan to serve with polenta

Thinking - I’ve made yummy Parmesan polenta before but was thinking of adding a few saffron strands also - ie along with the Parmesan

What do you guys think ?

It will work very well. I've added saffron to polenta before - a good pinch. I'd say go easy on the parmesan though. Let the subtlety of saffron shine!

Sounds like a good addition, just a few strands as saffron can overwhelm the flavour
