Seems OK to me. Dried mushrooms have a faintly coffee taste and I've used coffee alongside dried mushrooms in recipes before.

I don't drink coffee though so I'd rather have a mushroom drink without coffee added.

I think I would, but I rescent paying extra for my allergy as it is, (to get dairy free milk). i think I wolud probably prefer it without the coffee though!

I wouldn’t make up my mind until I’d tried it so yes I’d give it a go.
I can feel I have a natural resistance to it, a kind of “what a lot of nonsense” type of thoughts but I think that’s old age creeping up on me
