Post Traumatic Syndrome (Depression).

Sorry about what you went through some people are the worst. The good thing is you're getting help now and getting better. Talk to someone who loves and supports you, someone who can empathize with your struggles. Peace out and keep on keeping on.

Someday you may be able to move back to the area where you are most comfortable being, but all things happen the way they do for a reason. It is unfortunate that you had to deal with a maggot, and take faith in the fact that Karma will get him in the end. When you do bad things to people, bad things come your way!

The mind is a powerful thing,it does mend if you understand why the problems occur, and what the symptoms project ,
You've done the first stage admitting the problem ,after being in a theatre of war many guys would get symptoms and are unable to admit and this is where things get worse ,listen to experts advice ,deal with the problem things will get better

Some good advice here for you to work with, don't look back and dwell. Exercise also releases endorsing so maybe a run or two. A good friend of mine has it as well. He's on top ATM. He knows he can ring me whenever he wants to talk. Also if on medication, follow it to the letter. Don't stop unless your doc says to. All the best brother.
