Here are some pics of my shiny new Fagor EZLOCK 7.4-qt stainless steel pressure cooker! Just got it today. Using it right now as we speak!

It's so nice & very sturdy!!

I DID remove the labels. They are plastic, making them very easy to remove, unlike adhered paper, which can be very difficult to remove, leaving behind that aggravating sticky residue!!

Yeah, those paper labels are on practically EVERYTHING, from cookware to dinnerware & drinking glasses!! I keep a pump-spray bottle of Goo Gone just for that purpose! Gets rid of labels and that annoying sticky glue residue!!

91% isopropyl alcohol here for removing labels.

Nothing exciting. Just functional hopefully. And not expensive at AUD $69 (which in Australia is cheap, trust me!)

Thanks! Looks nice!! They ALL seem to feature that quick-release valve atop the lid! Mine has one also.
