Recipe Quicky breakfast/lunch/snack

I don't claim any originality for the idea but never heard it before so here goes:
  • Cook up some bacon [grill / fry - up to you], while preparing some eggs for scrambling. When bacon is cooked, chop up fine and mix into the egg mixture and cook together.
  • Serve on a slice of toast with a large cup of tea / coffee. I use 1 good size rasher of bacon per person but it's completely flexible. Easy quick and very nice too.
All quantities and cooking times are variable to suit you and how big the portions / number of mouths to feed / how you like your scrambled eggs.
