Forum GOD!
I find leaving my tech in another room and having only a kindle (dark mode, low back lit) with a not too inspiring book on it works for me every time.I do the same but close the forums, go to bed then sure as eggs, am back up in half an hour. So now, I just to heck with it and stay put till I really do get tired. It then gets to apoint where it becomes so late (early) there isn't any point going to bed![]()
But I’m resistant to it. Like somewhere deep down in my subconscious there’s a toddler fighting bedtime
I read somewhere re-reading your childhood favourites works well because it takes you back to a simpler mode of being so I tried Wind in the Willows. It was marvellous, best sleep I’ve had in yonks.
