A bit of a wobbly guess.

To read @classic33 's spoiler just click on it. If you highlight the whole of the answer you will see the bit typed in white that you can't see otherwise. Not sure whether it will help you get the answer though!

To set your own spoiler click on the 'insert' icon in the message tool bar (5th from right) and choose 'Spoiler'. You get a dialogue offering you the option of giving the Spoiler a title (you don't have to). Click continue and then type your message between the two spoiler codes. The codes turn into the Spoiler button when you post. Sounds complicated but not really!

Try a bit of self reflection. There is a Welsh _ _ _ _ _ _ here! What is the missing word? Then add the type of food it is (vegetable, meat, fish, etc). and you will have the answer. Its possible you haven't heard of this food though, which is why you are having trouble guessing.
