Recipe Real Deal Piña Coladas

I learned this in when my parents lived in San Juan. My friends LOVE them.

One can Coco Lopez (no substitutions unless you just cant get this brand), coconut cream.
Use the empty CC can to measure one can of not-from-concentrate pineapple juice
Good quality Puerto Rican white rum -- in other words, no Bacardi. I like DonQ. How much is up to you. I make them pretty strong.

Blend with ice until smooth. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge.

Warning! Use a strong blender. These will destroy a weak one.

Despite the fact I wouldn't be able to drink this (intolerance to coconut cream), I love the way this looks.
