I’m new to this forum and discovered it by chance. Happy to be here. Any Filipinos or cooks who are familiar with the Filipino cuisine in this forum?
I bought a bottle of Monika Monamon Dilis Salted Anchovies by mistake and now I am wondering what to do with it. Upon googling, I see that it’s a Filipino product but I couldn’t find a nice recipe for it. I’d love some suggestions. I don’t eat pork. (I can google for recipes on my own but need at least some recipe names)
