Roaster Oven (Countertop)

Now that I have my own kitchen and lots of countertop, I can go for something that would allow me to roast big meat items - turkey, duck, goose, ham hocks and so on.

I ordered a 22 qt. roaster oven which may arrive on April 21st.

It has arrived and no, I've yet to use it. I want to get a duck or a goose for the first use.

As of now, I haven't even tested it to make sure it works. I will, in the next couple days.

No rush. Take your time. It just looks very interesting and versatile.

I'll be giving this new roaster oven its first test flight tomorrow when I cook a component of my next quinoa meal recipe.

It should do fine.

The roaster was given its first test today, baking spaghetti squash for a new quinoa challenge recipe.
