For this recipe I used a fresh mackerel fillet, but tinned mackerel can also work very well.
Serves 2, Preparation time 5 mins, Cooking time 5-8 mins
- Mackerel fillet, 1
- Small aperitif sandwiches, 4
- Guacamole sauce to taste
- Celeriac to taste
- A pinch of salt
- Evoo oil to taste
Grease with a little oil and a fairly hot grill and grill the mackerel fillets. Remove them as soon as they are ready and then chop them into small pieces.
Open it in two mini-sandwiches and place the halves of each on the same grill in which you cooked the mackerel for a few seconds and let them flavor with mackerel gravy.
Slice the celeriac into thin strips.
On the other half of the sandwiches, spread the guacamole sauce, then add the pieces of mackerel, the strips of celeriac, a drizzle of evoo oil and a pinch of salt, close with the other halves bread and serve.
