Quinoa and Buckwheat and Tahina Savoury
Ingredients
42g buckwheat
42g quinoa
340g water
15g tahina
10g Engevita
1 tbsp baobab powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tsp sumac
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic
Instructions
Put quinoa and buckwheat into a pot and place on hob.
Bring to boil then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
In that 20 minutes, put remaining dry ingredients in a bowl with tahina on top.
After 20 minutes switch off gas
Stir for 60 seconds to let off some steam.
Add tamari and olive oil
Add remaining ingredients, stir vigorously and serve
