How do you make scrambled eggs? Do you like to use a saucepan or bain marie or do you prefer the convenience of the microwave? Well-cooked or slightly runny? Do you add any butter, milk or seasoning?

I prefer them done in the pan with a little salt and pepper. I find the microwave makes the eggs too rubbery. What is your foolproof method?
