Until today, this has not been possible. I have added an add-on that will now allow this.
To use it, simply go to your Conversations by clicking on the mail icon besides your name.
You will now see a new entry called Conversation Search.
There are 3 fields you can fill in,
The rest should be obvious.

- Search conversation titles or message content (either or box)
- Keywords,
- Posted by (to be used if you know exactly who it was that mentioned the keyword).
