Delicious looking food. Husband made me pancakes. Not photogenic, but delicious and very much appreciated.

Here was a valentines day dinner - not especially romantic, but always quite festive!

Lamb chops marinated in olive oil, white wine and garlic with fresh herbs, then pan seared in a cast iron skillet to medium rare.

The leftover marinade is in a container in the freezer. I've got a beef tenderloin roast that will be taking a bath in it next week. The fat cap from the rack and the leftover bones are in a freezer bag to make stock at some point.
