I had a leftover crusty roll so toasted it and then topped it with grated cheese and grated (not sliced) onion and popped it under the grill for a few minutes!

No, I don't eat seconds usually. DH gets 2/3rds and I eat 1/3.And I think she ate multiple servings!!!
Vegetable omelette for me (tomato, bell pepper, onion, subbed in cheese for the mushroom), hash brown potatoes, rye toast for me, two over-medium eggs, hash brown potatoes, wheat toast for MrsT.

Nice brioche bun filled with a hard fried Egg, Cheese of the diners choice, Trader Joe's Chicken Sausage and again, diners choice of fruit juice.
