Looks great, but seems like an odd combination to me
Mind you, sweet things for breakfast are a no no to me

I've got some buckwheat but it's not ground. I should try those since I've got a grain mill.

That looks like a TastyReuben toast method. Butter when warm, let it melt a little, then butter some more. Yum.

I fed DH a piece of leftover filet mignon that he had put a blue cheese horseradish sauce on (I won't touch that) with a fried hash brown patty and 1 medium fried egg. He said it was awesome (ew, blue cheese and horseradish?).
