Yep - chirimoya, also known over here as anon. Delicious when it's perfectly ripe.

I got 2 producing trees.
They don't ripen much after harvest, so you got to get it right. And then it's a challenge to beat the ants and the birds

Here is mine growing in my front yard. It should be ripen up in April time frame .
