Today's brekkie was not as good. There was hidden cereal underneath with milk because we forgot to take the yoghurt out of the maker overnight, so it was still 40°C. Personally I think that would have worked better but...

Homemade egg McMuffin-type sandwiches.
First attempt at soufflé pancakes:
It looks suitably souffléd.
It’s was a fun little experiment, they’re very pretty cooking up (why no one thought to call these cloudcakes instead of the boring soufflé pancakes is beyond me…even pillowcakes would be better…actually, I like pillowcakes more than cloudcakes…), but not really worth doing again.
They’re very light and airy, though…for about 30 seconds after plating, anyway.
