Just spent a week in China. I have about 1 million photos of food. I wish you could see them all, but here are just a few (I'll break them up over a few days so as not to inundate you with too many!)

Shanghai is famous for the scallion pancakes. You find them everywhere as street food.

It’s where you cut a hole in a slice of bread, and crack an egg into the hole and fry it up.

It goes by hen’s nest, bird’s nest, chicken in a basket, bullseye egg, and (one I’m sure you appreciate ) toad in the hole, and a host of other names.
