Her friend, Harriet, has returned to the flock today and since then Mrs Yeti has been very vocal each and every time I've been out of sight for even a toilet break. The moment she hears you, she's quiet again. Hubby mentioned exactly the same thing when he got home whilst I was locking up the chooks for the night.
So in an attempt to make her feel bit happier and less 'not part of the flock' in the house, she's now joined is on the sofa! There are towels and plastic sheeting down along with puppy liners...
And she's happy again thankfully, and quiet.
