I usually do savoury souffle pancakes for main course and then simple sweet ones (just sugar for hubby, Nutella for me) for pudding.
I need to plan carefully this year though as I'm getting my new hob and oven fitted that day and I'm not sure what time they're going to be finished working in the kitchen. I'm thinking maybe some kind of enchilada inspired ones for main...I can prep the veg the night before and just assemble and bake them on the day.
