thank you. There is a lot more work yet, though. Most of these settings are setting I have only been into once or twice and some of the existing add-ons that allow the little things that are extras (such as "reply to membername" rather than "reply", and an envelope by the username for a quick message) are all extras that I bought and most are yearly licences and so on. and I have having to find passwords that I have not used in a very long time and my passwords are never easy! But in the long run it should be to the advantage of the site.
I use one as well, but the last time I actually needed these passwords were serval years ago and they are not yet in the password manager. I have to giggle at the sites that say the average user has 100 passwords. my list is over 200 and I know many are not in there yet!I use an app, a FOSS one, free open source software called bitwarden to manage passwords. Some browsers have an extension for it. Might want to check it out. It's free but I appreciate the teams efforts and "buy" the Pro version to support the endeavor.
yep - i found the setting I was after! I still need to see if I can make all words or the picture itself the link to the thread, but it is better and now rotates as well.It was an elipse but now...View attachment 123362

Brilliant - I have just confirmed that as well. The picture and the title are both linking in mobile and desktop modes on my Samsung S23 with Kiwi Browser.
(Picture and title links.) Works in Firefox, both modes, Duckduckgo both modes, Chrome both modes, and lastly Samsung default browser both modes.

Yes, they all link but (as you are aware SatNavSaysStraightOn ) two photos appear when viewing on laptop or tablet.Brilliant - I have just confirmed that as well.
Not sure what you mean. Arguably, the previous banner took up less space as it was landscape format on tablets and laptops. But perhaps I am misunderstanding you...It's good, you're not burning up screen space with white space/null data. I'd leave the appearance. You nailed it!
