This guy managed to lose 100lbs, so i just followed him to see what he eats, immediately he sent me a request for something, I think this is automatic, then I quickly unfollowed him, but it has been 2 weeks and the requested message is still there, i have no idea how to get rid of it until now. I got so frustrated and hit a few things, and sure enough the delete button popped up.

Lately Instagram made me watch a lot of stuff, a lot of my instagram friends have disappeared. Now I don't what is the purpose because I don't buy anything from either instagram nor Google ads. They won’t be making money off me.

I've never participated with any of it, its all somebody else's plan...
 
I, for the most part, don't like social media, but I absolutely loathe TikTok; it is pure brain rot. It is literally scary how stupid our current generation is. Also, I think if most of the people who use it had actually read the ToS, they would run away screaming from it. It's nothing more than a Chinese spy tool.

I have none of those, nor Instagram. I have a few food forums and that's it.

Well the forums are social media to an extent, though on a small scale and better protected.
