Strawberry Spritzer
Makes 8 drinks
Ingredients
3 cups fresh strawberries, trimmed and halved
1/4 cup Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry white wine, chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) sparkling water
8 whole strawberries, for garnish
Mint leaves, for garnish
Directions
Place strawberries and orange liqueur into the bowl of a food processor and process for about 30 seconds.
In each glass, add about 3 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture, about 1/3 cup of wine, and about a 1/2 cup of sparkling water, and add some ice.
Garnish with a strawberry and mint leaves.
